Clifford Friedman
Non-Executive Chairman, ShareNett Holdings, LLC
Clifford is an experienced founder, private equity investor and business development, M&A, operational executive. Clifford uses his leadership and skills in value creation through a systematic process of working with management teams, board members and customers, and creating and negotiating strategic partnerships globally to drive revenue and profitability that positions companies for successful liquidity events for all ShareNett stakeholders. He has a demonstrated history of over 40 years of private equity, venture capital, investment management, financial, technical and operational expertise. He served on over 30 private and public corporate Boards, raised capital and supported strategic negotiations in a variety of countries ranging from the United States, UK, Italy, Spain, Japan, Sweden, Germany, France, Brazil, Mexico and 7 GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries.
Evan Renov
Board Member, ShareNett Holdings, LLC
Evan Renov is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Arieli Capital and a Partner at Beechwood Ventures, a New York based single family office. He is also the owner of Beechwood Consulting, an investor relations and strategic advisory firm. Additionally, Evan is a Yeshiva University and Northwestern Alumni Mentor and a Tony Award nominated producer.
Steven Santiago

Steven Santiago, board member and investor in ShareNett, is the Founder of Aedifex Ventures, a Capital and Inflection Point Investment and Operating Capital Group. He founded Aedifex with the discerning principle to provide unique capital and liquidity solutions to family offices, venture capital funds and high growth enterprises.
Prior to founding Aedifex, Steven was Partner and Director of Asset Management and Special Situations at White Oak, a San Francisco based private investment firm. Steven managed portfolio investments in excess of $4.0 billion and was responsible for investment teams in over 120 high growth companies and structured financings. Steven has served as a C-suite executive, founder, board member and advisor to dozens of companies across a broad array of industries including: Fintech, Insurtech, Aviation, Real Estate, Technology and Media. Steven previously managed deal teams in venture capital and private equity, led full stack capital raises and drove operational restructurings while holding various roles at Macquarie Group, Wells Fargo and Navigant Capital.
