Each investment opportunity is thoroughly reviewed with deep investment and operational/legal due diligence conducted. Detailed memos are presented to the Investment Committee for discussion, review and approval.

Approved deals are listed on our portal, where investors can access company/fund teaser, presentation, cap table and all the relevant legal documents, among other items. Dedicated Relationship Manager is working with each family as a sparring partner.
